St. Anns
Church is part of the Episcopal Diocese of New York, of the Protestant
Episcopal Church in the United States of America, a branch of the
worldwide Anglican Communion. Its distinctive heritage tracks that of
the United States; when the nation overcame its colonial limitations,
the Episcopal Church reformed itself according to the model of a free
and democratic organization in which all voices are heard, and the
interests of the minority are as siginificant as those of the majority.
St. Ann's Church celebrates worship services
according to the Book of Common Prayer, both in Spanish and in
English, the languages spoken by its congregation. |
